Melissa Beckrow

Known for exemplary attention to detail and her quality of service, Melissa Beckrow hails from Historic Downtown Bay City. A full-time Realtor since 1997, Melissa is well known for her dedication to clients and providing personalized attention. Growing up in a family with a high-performing dance studio business, Melissa learned early on the importance of cultivating strong bonds with people and the value of hard work and having fun.

Dancing since the age of two, Melissa's enthusiasm for life is evident in every aspect of her life. After studying Public Relations at Ferris State University, Melissa grew interested in real estate after meeting a close friend of her mother's who was a successful Realtor. Melissa's curiosity was piqued and after some more exploration, she realized that real estate enabled her to collaborate directly with people in a meaningful and deeply satisfying way. She was hooked. Since then, she has pursued specialized real estate education including GRI and Evaluation Specialist courses. Voted Goodwill Ambassador for Bay City in 1990, Melissa is a member of the Downtown Management Board and a volunteer for the Miss America Pageant for local chapter. In addition to the regular home purchase or sale, Melissa also assists in land contract sales, short sales, and property investments.

Melissa is excited about her company's unique approach to real estate that emphasizes quality of service, and a caring, positive, and supportive atmosphere. Melissa loves to collaborate with people new to the area and first-time home buyers.
