About Melissa

Melissa spent her childhood moving from coast to coast with her family landing in New Jersey in 1998. She’s worn many hats over the years. She served as the Special Deputy Surrogate of Salem County as well as various administrative positions. Most recently she’s completed her Certificate in Paralegal Studies and was accepted to Rutgers Law School in Camden.

When her husband, William Watkins, got his real estate license and became a Realtor she was inspired to combine her passion for estate planning and real estate to better help seniors during their downsizing and retirement periods. Her commitment to her community has always been a priority and she hopes to remain in service to this goal.

In her spare time Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and three stepchildren. From family travels to lazy afternoons with their two cats and two dogs, family time is as important to her as
her dedication to giving back. She looks forward to continuing these two passions with the Sadler-Krupa Realty Group.
