Melissa began her real estate career when she relocated to Charlotte in 1998 from New Jersey. Melissa began by working with real estate developers, then moved on to a large commercial real estate department with a top law firm in uptown Charlotte where she worked as a Certified Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. For the past 23 years, Melissa has worked with real estate developers, real estate attorneys and lenders, which is where she has learned the many facets of the real estate industry. In 2007, Melissa decided it was time to get her residential real estate license and since that time, she has found her passion and combined her experiences to ensure her clients will benefit from her background and have the best representation and smoothest transaction possible.
