Melissa was recommended to my wife and I through a friend of my wife and I would recommend her to any of my friends and family looking to buy or sell a house. As first time home buyers we were very nervous to start looking for homes but Melissa made it as stress free as possible. Whenever we had questions she was very quick to answer and if what something she did not know off the top of her head would find the answer and promptly get back to us. She was also extremely flexible with our hectic schedules and always found time for any showings that we had requested. Cannot recommend her enough.

Melissa has been so amazing through our home buying process. She was recommended by a friend while we were comparing possible real estate agents and we're so happy we chose her (and she chose us!) We're first time home buyers so she's basically taught us about and walked us through each step. She let us know going in that the market is tough but she'd use her considerable knowledge of homebuying for millennials to help us be competitive. And she certainly has. She's caught things on homes we didn't notice that would have spelled trouble later and helped us imagine the possibilities of other homes. She's been flexible and supportive. I cannot recommend her enough!

Follow is the name of the game, and Melissa has this skill down!
I met Melissa at a random open house she was hosting I checked out late fall 2018. At the time I was not looking to buy/sell my current home immediately, but was considering it in the Spring. I wanted to sit on my decision a few months before making that large of a commitment. Melissa took my number and said she would call me the second week of March, the time I mentioned I was going to make my final decision.
Did she follow up? You bet she did! On the exact day she said she would.
We worked together for a couple months on finding a new home for me. Homes in my prices range were flying off the market in less than a day, which became discouraging but Melissa was reassuring that I will find the right home for me.
Sure enough after about 2 months I received an accepted offer on a new home. Melissa was then able to sell my current home in less than a day above asking price!

Working with Melissa was an easy process and I can’t express enough I recommend working with her. If she gets your number, you bet she will call you!

I absolutely loved Melissa! In the search for a home for my family and I, we had horrible experiences in the past. Luckily, Melissa made sure none of that ever happened again. She gave excellent advice with each home we saw. I was honestly shocked that she wasn't just trying to make a sale. She took into consideration my family dynamic and what would be good for us. I was floored on how honest she was the whole time. She was available ANYTIME we had questions or didn't understand something. I would definitely recommend Melissa to anyone who is looking for a home whether if you have a big family or not!
