Melissa Clough

Melissa is a veteran of the Nashville Real Estate Industry. A licensed agent since 1987, Melissa has sold over $200 million of real estate in her career. She is a past president of the Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR), A Major Investor in the Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC) and an Owner of Clough Team Realty.

Melissa leverages decades of training along side her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and her Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designations to yield larger profits for her sellers.

She and her husband Andy, call Franklin home and live in Westhaven with their dog Otis. When not spending time with her clients, you will find Melissa walking Otis at Percy Warner Park, hitting golf balls at the Westhaven Golf Course or hanging out with friends on Center Hill Lake.
