Melissa Colabella

Melissa has sold over $100M in homes covering various markets in Westchester County. She has been a top producer within her company since 2017, representing the top 100 agents within Julia B Fee Sotheby's International Realty. Melissa studied for her MA in Fine Arts at the The New York School of Interior Design where she learned about Interior Design, Decorative Arts and Architecture. She received her undergraduate degree at Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business with a major in Marketing. While a trained Marketer and Interior Designer, she credits negotiating as her best skill. Melissa obtained her GREEN designation to help clients retrofit their homes with more sustainable features. Her knowledge of Westchester is vast as proven by her significant sales experience all over the county.
