Melissa was an excellent agent to work with, AGAIN! She made the daunting task of selling my house (which she also helped me buy) super easy. She always made herself available for questions and to help talk me off the ledge a few times. I will definitely be calling Melissa the next time I am buying a house!

Melissa assisted my wife and I in two ways; selling our condo in San Marcos, and purchasing a new home in Murrieta. Melissa’s attention to detail, willingness to go the extra mile, and extensive network allowed us to truly line up out move without interfering with any timelines. It was truly amazing what she did, and in the time she was able to do it. Fun fact, Melissa swept our front porch to make it more presentable during showing day 1 and almost got eaten by a huge spider! That is what I call dedication.

Melissa tracked everything from listing, escrow, inspections, and interacted with every player along the way to ensure we were getting what we needed. Once thing that is important to us is availability and there was never a moment when we could not field a question to Melissa that she could not answer, or find the answer to. She is a true professional in her field and her experience shows for sure.

I have worked with Melissa on three occasions now; buying a condo in San Marcos, selling that condo, and upgrading to a single family home. Without Melissa, none of this would have been possible and I am sincerely grateful for her and her work ethic. If you are thinking of buying or selling a home, do not hesitate to contact her. Melissa is a professional with an eye for detail and the energy to follow through. From the initial interview, to location photography, MLS listing, and personal attention to sales process, I felt I was in great hands. Melissa sold my home in Carlsbad in one weekend..
