My husband and I rented for 5 years after getting married and late 2018 we started talking about buying a house or condo. After several months of just looking on Zillow, we saw a property that we both liked and reached out to the agent for a showing. The listing agent of that property put us in contact with Melissa, and we had nothing but an extremely positive experience with her. As first time homebuyers, we had no idea what was going on, or what we should be looking at when seeing houses. She did an amazing job guiding us through the process and answering our million questions. Melissa goes above and beyond and is extremely responsive. We could tell that she was willing to do whatever she could to help us get our house. We have had several questions after closing as well and she was just as responsive and helpful as during the looking and closing process. I would 100% recommend her and would definitely work with her again if we ever decide to move.

I was new to Michigan but met Melissa in 2017 before I left my old city. From Day one she has been NOTHING SHORT of AMAZING!!! She asked what I wanted and needed and ran with me! Day in and day out! I didn't find anything at that time 03/2017, and ended up renting, but because she was so AWESOME, PROFESSIONAL, and THOROUGH, I MADE SURE once I was able to buy almost 2 years later, I CHOSE HER!!!! If you are seeking a professional, prompt, honest, and thorough Realtor CHOOSE HER! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!! :-)

Great experience working with Melissa Degen Realtors....Melissa very fast with replying to emails, texts or phone calls. Anytime I wanted to check out a house she provided me with detail information about it comps in the area of other homes. Very professional and helpful. I recommend her any day.
