Melissa is so knowledgable and thoughtful, and I am so thankful that she was there to guide us through the process of buying our first home. She listened to us, offered her expertise, made sure to fill in any knowledge gaps, and had excellent advice at every step of the process. Everything moved so fast, but because of her clear communication and unwavering support it was a surprisingly smooth process. She went above and beyond with advice on other aspects of home ownership, moving, and neighborhoods. If you want someone who is an expert, a professional, has a clear understanding of your needs, who quickly responds to any and all questions, and always has your best interests at heart, I highly recommend working with Melissa.

I had a wonderful experience with Melissa as my realtor. We met initially and she took the time to figure out what style would work best for me (which was initially slower as a first-time buyer) and completely adjusted after I found some potential properties much earlier in the process than expected. She was helpful and responsive in answering the sometimes frantic questions, and was a great foundation anytime there were hiccups with our lender or I just needed a sanity check. She was very thoughtful in asking question to make sure I was happy with the quality of properties we looked at and meeting my needs, but also attentive and asked questions to make sure I didn't get into a situation where I ended up with more house than I wanted/needed. My experience with Melissa was fantastic in what is currently an insane housing market.

Melissa is someone that my wife and I fully trust with one of the most important decisions of our lives, purchasing the home that we will raise children in. She works incredibly fast, has invaluable insight into the process and our concerns, while having the ability to quickly get answers to all of our questions.

Melissa was able to get us into our possible forever home in the span of less than 90 days. We had no rush to buy, but she streamlined the process perfectly, which took away any anxiety we might have had.

She’s the perfect type of agent to work with two attorneys as clients. She gave us all the information we could possibly need, gave us her opinion and advice (even when she may have believed a different route was more desirable), set up multiple options for us and ultimately empowered us to make an informed decision that we are unbelievably happy with.

When making a decision of this magnitude, you need someone in your corner that will tell you what you need to hear, even when it might not be what you want to hear. She is always honest and candid. I value her opinion and work greatly and would never hesitate to call her again.

An awesome and easy home-buying experience! Super knowledgeable and competent about all things real estate. We had a contract ASAP after seeing the perfect house and Melissa was a great resource for home-buying grants and assistance programs. Highly recommend.
