Melissa Gann

Born into a Navy family, Melissa understands the family on the move, but after graduating from the University of Florida she has found her with deep roots in this wonderful part of Northeast Florida. Her first job here was to help the city win an NFL franchise, the Jacksonville Jaguars -- That was an exciting time! The contacts she made with the team launched her into a career in real estate. Because of her natural friendliness and deep care for others, real estate has and continues to be a great fit for her lifestyle.

She and her family are continually active in the community with surfing, sailing, cycling, soccer, lacrosse, and swimming. We are also members of Community Presbyterian Church and support our local public schools. Volunteering at BEAM (Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry) is one of our family activities that we most enjoy. She loves living in Atlantic Beach, she loves the people, she loves her community and of course she loves the beach.
