Melissa from beginning to end went above and beyond to help us with selling and buying a new home. When we bought our first home we used another realtor who we thought did a good job but after having Melissa help us with selling our first home and purchasing our second we felt spoiled! She had direct contact with our lender which was extremely helpful because we didn't have to play middle person as much as we did when we bought our first home 3 years ago. She also found and set up our inspection for us and gave us quotes on the inspection right away. And even the inspector she recommended did a very thorough and professional job. Whenever we called or texted she responded immediately. Melissa also sent us reminder texts and advice throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend Melissa enough, she helped make the process as smooth as she possibly could!

Melissa Geis was great to work with!! She was always responsive and available to tour a home at spur of a moment. I never felt pressured. I highly recommend working with her!!!
