Melissa was extremely helpful in my purchase of my condo. Especially with the fact that I was moving from California to Virginia. I was a first time homebuyer, and although I had done research on my own, she was able to answer questions that only arise in certain situations. She was very patient, personable, and honest. I actually would giver 4 1/2 stars out of 5. She’s not licensed in D.C. It would have been nice to see condos in D.C. for comparison purposes. But, overall, I am extremely satisfied with my decision and her expertise. I would work with her again.

What can I say about Melissa other than a blessing. She was extremely patient with me as we were trying to find our dream home in the area after a disaster of a first time purchase where we thought we would love. I took her all over Southern Maryland and Virginia. Mel was patient, kind, caring and knew we needed to move fast and was every where I needed her to be at the drop of a hat. If we do end up purchasing again, she will be my first call. But she did such a great job this last time, I don't think we will need to.

We started the home buying process from overseas, and Melissa walked us through every step of the process. Melissa was amazing in our hunt for the perfect house! Not only is she is knowledgeable in real estate and but she is also a military spouse and is knowledgeable on the VA process and the stresses of moving as a military family. She knows the area and resources available, which was very helpful in narrowing down what part of DVM we wanted to live in. She made us feel as if we were her only priority and was able to show us dozens of homes in a few days while we were in the area to house hunt. Melissa is truly an asset and we are very thankful that we were able to find her and our perfect home!
