Melissa Harmel is an As-Is Listing Specialist with eXp Realty, LLC, licensed in Alabama and Georgia and serving DeKalb, Cherokee and Chattooga counties.

She helps owners sell houses that aren't perfect: the ones the Alabama MLS lists as AS-IS and the Georgia MLS lists as a FIXER. Those sales rarely fall apart over price. They fall apart over financing, when an appraisal flags the roof or a loan program won't touch the property.
