Melissa Hinojosa

Melissa has 15 years of experience the real estate and property management field. Her family is originally from Texas, and they have lived in New York, Maryland, and California. Their relocation to the Lake Norman area occurred over 10 years ago and they have not looked back since! Melissa received her degree in Paralegal Studies and once she received her NC real estate license, she has had remarkable success in helping renters and buyers find a place to call their own right here in the Lake Norman area. It is important to spend time getting to know her clients and Melissa is thrilled to be part of Lake Realty team as a concierge to help navigate the often-stressful process of moving to a new property.

Melissa and her husband have two children that are both in the local public school of Davidson Elementary. We especially enjoy time spending time outdoors in activities such as hiking, swimming, and tubing (in Summer AND Winter activities!) as well as shopping in Birkdale Village and spending time with friends and family on the weekends.
