I can't say enough great things about Melissa! She went above and beyond to help sell our townhouse in less than 40 days. The woman is a miracle worker and worked so hard to get us everything we asked for and then some. She is extremely knowledgeable and extremely intuitive. I love her eagerness to help in anyway she can and her organization to keep everything on track. An excellent communicator, and always responsive, Melissa is a literal dreamboat. 10 out of 10 would recommend her to everyone I know and would work with her again.

Ooh what can I say about our experience with Melissa?! Plain and Simple, Melissa is Wonder Woman to Real Estate! This lady is so proactive, service oriented and responsive, she must have little fairies in her pocket to trouble shoot your every need, I'm left in awe.
She is super friendly, will bend over backwards to get you an answer and show up "in the pouring rain" if you need her.
My husband and I are delighted to have worked with her and her team.

I highly recommend Melissa Horne if you are looking for a realtor. Melissa went above and beyond what most realtors do. She helped me pick out everything from fixtures, appliances, paint color and flooring. She made sure everything was done the way we wanted it and went to bat for us when things were not done to our specifications. She is a true professional and I don't think we could have done this move from California to Melbourne Florida without her.

Melissa was determined and dedicated to helping us find the perfect home. When we sent her a home we were interested in viewing, she consistently checked to make sure we would not be buying a lemon. Once we settled on a house, she did her due diligence making sure we had all the information we needed from obtaining homeowners insurance to getting the water turned. Melissa is the best!!!

Melissa was absolutely amazing. I was moving from out of state and not only did she help us find our forever home she found us a rental as well! She went above and beyond by video chatting with us while she checked out the neighborhood for us. She gave us ton of input and was always there for us if we had any questions or concerns. Always on top of things which was a life saver for us seeing as though almost everything was done while we were still living out of state. I would recommend her to anyone!

If you’re thinking about choosing Melissa as your realtor, no need to finish reading this and just do it!!! She helped my fiancé and I find our rental home a few years ago and when we were ready, helped us just purchase our first home! The housing market is insane right now as we all know and Melissa is a godsend! She is professional, responsive, has a wonderful heart and actually cares about you! Melissa had amazing advice along the way, fought for the home we wanted, and was always available to answer our questions big or small. They arranged excellent photographs to showcase our property for a quick and easy sale (in 5 days!). Loved working with Melissa, she was very pleasant, upbeat, attentive and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to help us look for our home, if we couldn’t be there she said she would do video showings. At one point we had a difficult time deciding between two homes and Melissa was able to assist with our pick by putting things in perspective and I do not regret our decision. Melissa also helped with providing utility companies...i really could rave about her all day, we will definitely be telling our friends and family to work with her. She is our go to agent!

Melissa was a beacon of light in uncertain times! We were presented with the gargantuan task of relocating our family of four from Arizona to Melbourne, Fl. In the middle of this COVID-19 pandemic. Not only were we worried about traveling with all of the restrictions in place while keeping our family safe but also finding a suitable home for our future in Florida VIRTUALLY was unthinkable... that is until we met Melissa. She was professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and poured her heart and time into making sure we were comfortable with our virtual tours. Each of our tours she walked through them as if she were us making notes of things we might like or dislike (wear and tear, amount of cabinet space, the ambiance of the house). When we did find our house, within a couple of days, we asked to view our house a few times via FaceTime and she fully accommodated us. Her attitude towards virtually showing us our home was always energetic and upbeat even while having to show us our home later into the evenings. She has been a joy to work with and we look forward to selling our home in the future AND purchasing a new one with her help in the future.

Tom and Melissa were amazing with helping my husband and I find and buy our first home! They are both so knowledgeable about homes and areas in Central Florida. When they took us to see homes they always fit with our budget and wants, but they were able to help us balance the emotional side with the practical investment side. Both Tom and Melissa are so easy to get along with and communicate with any time. When we decide to sell our wonderful house and move many years from now we will definitely go back to them and their expertise.

I worked with Melissa in a different capacity and I was able to see some of the best customer care. She is one to CARE and FIGHT for the best interest of the client. She is also very realistic about the issues in homes and great communicator. She will do her best to find the best deal for the best client.
