A Sixth-generation Californian, Melissa’s roots run deep in Southern California. After spending summers on Neptune Avenue in Encinitas (at her grandparent’s property purchased in 1968), Melissa graduated from San Diego State University and began working as an event planner for multiple leading five-star luxury hotel brands (including Four Seasons); where providing top level service is necessary; making her move into the luxury real estate industry a cinch.

Specializing in luxury homes, Melissa has marketed and sold properties ranging from stunning multi-million-dollar spreads to quaint coastal abodes and picture-perfect cul-de-sac family homes.
