Melissa was really great to work with. From our first meeting she thoroughly explained the process and clarified her responsibilities and ours. She communicated frequently and clearly and gave us adequate time to do what was needed. When our closing was moved up from 45 to 10 days, she worked effectively with our buyer, ourselves and our Escrow company to close the deal.
She is extremely knowledgeable, effective, professional and fun to work with. You will be glad you chose her as your Realtor.

Melissa did a great job for us selling our Rancho Mirage condo! We got a price we were very satisfied with, and the sale was completed quickly. She worked with us remotely, since we were not in the area, explaining thoroughly every part of the process as we went along. We really appreciated her thorough approach by sending us a packet of all the paperwork after the sale went through.

Our family absolutely adore Melissa! She is such a joy to work with, on top of being incredibly knowledgeable and proactive. She is transparent, thorough and you can rely on her to get the job done right. My husband recently accepted a great job opportunity that entails having to relocate from a different state. Melissa Lundgren is the most professional Real Estate agent I have ever worked with in my 40 years of buying and selling properties. The video and slide show she puts together is professional and the quality of a TV show, like HGTV's House Hunter Bargains or Fixer Up. What I appreciated was her attention to details and carrying through with tracking the documents every step of the way. In California, with all the rules and regulations , you need Melissa to get through all the "red tape".
