I used Melissa to purchase my townhouse. She is attentive to your needs/ desires. Once she knows what you are looking for, she'll begin sending listings. She helped find the perfect home for me after two days of showings. Throughout the process, she is very responsive when you have questions and she does a great job keeping you in the loop as to where things stand. We ran into some issues with paperwork during my sale (absolutely nothing to do with her) which delayed my closing. She stayed on top of all parties to to get the job done and get me to the closing table. I highly recommend Melissa for any of your real estate needs! She'll take great care of you.
