Melissa McIntosh

Melissa McIntosh is a native Polk County resident. Melissa grew up in beautiful Winter Haven where her father was a real estate broker and owned and operated a Century 21 franchise. It is no wonder she developed a love for helping people buy and sell their treasured homes at an early age. Her career is like a multi-colored patchwork quilt. She has been a concert promoter, radio personality on WCIE (now known as the Joy FM), Direct sales rep., sold and financed pre-owned luxury vehicles, even owned/operated a pre-school. However, one of the most rewarding opportunities to come her way has certainly been as a realtor. She genuinely loves helping people find the perfect place to call home. Whether it is selling their current residences or searching for the new place, she relishes the challenge. The past 13 years as a Realtor in Polk County have allowed me to develop wonderful working relationships with trusted Lenders, Title Companies, Home inspectors, and fellow agents.
