About Melissa

Melissa is a Floridian born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. Growing up and living in the area her whole life she has knowledge of the landscape, weather, local landmarks, and different communities.

She has what she calls a Tropictude a “tropical attitude” because of her love for the Florida lifestyle. Melissa enjoys swimming, fishing, or relaxing in the area’s many beaches and rivers. She also has knowledge of tropical gardening and grows many varieties of tropical fruits and foliage.

Melissa has always had a passion for all aspects Of real estate. She actually started by working in a 62+ retirement community as a house keeper then trained into a maintenance person. She really enjoyed working in the community with the residents coming into their homes and helping fix whatever maintenance issue may come up from dripping faucets to AC units with conscientious care. As she progressed in the company and community she was promoted again to the assistant property manager and began assisting renters with compassionate care as she helped them with the whole process from application all the way through to move-in. Melissa always aspired to be in Real Estate sales and felt that that was the next progression into the field that she loves. Now that Melissa is a REALTOR® she is dedicated to helping her costumers with the caring service, integrity, and the collective knowledge that she has gathered along her real estate journey.
