Her dedication to ensuring our needs were met, despite the distance, was truly remarkable. From the initial consultation to the final closing, Melissa seemed to have a sixth sense of our needs and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Her communication skills were top-notch, keeping us informed every step of the way. We highly recommend Melissa Messner to anyone looking for a dedicated and professional realtor, no matter the distance. We not only have a realtor for life, but a friend for life as well. Five stars all the way because the system doesn't allow six!

Melissa was amazing, from start to finish. She stayed with us through thick and thin for almost 2 years of house hunting. Both my husband and I have very strong opinions and visions on what we wanted, and Melissa never pushed; she respected our goals and vision and did so with smiles and lots of laughing! She made the whole process so, so much easier and less stressful. We finally got our dream property, and are so glad that she helped us get there! She was always extremely responsive, and gave us excellent advice. She knows the market very well. We have told many other folks that if they ever need an agent, to go to Melissa! We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Melissa was invaluable in our home buying process. We moved from the East coast to Oregon and didn’t know anything about the area. Not only did she help though every step of concurrently selling and buying properties on opposite coasts but she was our guide and mentor on everything in the PDX area as far as neighborhoods, contractors, lenders, home inspectors, and more. I flew into town for a whirlwind house hunting trip and she completely dedicated several very long days to showing me every property on our list to make sure that we could make the most confident decision. We will most definitely be seeking her services again when the time comes.

When I think of buying a home, it’s all about finding something that my family and I can live in forever! Melissa cares about what we want, no matter what the cost is or how many homes she shows us. She doesn’t try and push us into a house we can’t afford, or are just “fine” with.

Melissa was an absolute blast to work with!! She listened to any and all of our concerns, explained everything thoroughly and answered every question we had throughout the process. We felt very protected with her and felt as though she really dug deep to get any extra info we wanted on properties. She is highly intelligent and just so much fun!! We really enjoyed our viewings with her, we loved Sammie as our loan gal as well!! The whole team created an amazing experience. Melissa helped us from out of state to buy our new home. She went through the home and personally videotaped each room, nook and cranny until I could fly there and see it in person. She was so sweet and patient, not to mention that she joyfully took part in my “sparkly heart” rating system when showing us different homes. She really listened to what we wanted and also helped us line up services like carpet cleaners so that our move in day was seamless. She also got us a lovely, personalized congratulatory gift. The best experience! I would recommend her to anyone.
