Melissa Mitchell

Melissa joined the Green Square team in February of 2019 but has been in the Real Estate industry for five years.

A University of Michigan graduate and Grand Rapids native, Melissa is dedicated to being a leader in the West Michigan Real Estate market. Both a successful listing agent and buyer’s agent, Melissa has helped clients sell and buy homes all over Grand Rapids, from Newaygo to Kalamazoo and Grand Haven to Lowell. She has sold family homes, investment properties and beautiful lakefront cottages.

Melissa has served as Chairperson of the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors (GRAR) Strategic Relations Committee and was selected to the GRAR Leadership Program, and she currently sits on the Government Affairs Council. She earned her Graduate Realtor Certification, GRI (highest level of certification) in 2016.

A mother to three active boys, Melissa is an avid supporter of the local public schools. She serves as PTO President for EGRPS and supports, advocates, and fundraises for GRPS.

As a licensed Realtor, Melissa is your fiduciary and will always work solely in your best interest. During the home sale process, Melissa closely monitors each detail from appraisals and inspections to title work, contracts, and negotiations.
