Melissa is absolutely incredible at what she does. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and always goes out of her way to ensure the entire process is very simple and stress-free for her clients. She will do whatever it takes to get the best deal for those she is working with / for, and is more than dedicated to her practice. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and Melissa made this typically-scary process super fun, carefree, AND got us an excellent deal. I could not recommend her more!

Melissa is the one to get it done! I had a property to sell with a few hurdles. Her communication was timely and efficient. She's very knowledgeable and has a fantastic network of people who proved really helpful. I sincerely appreciate her efforts because this particular rental had been a headache for a long while. I would normally FSBO and gripe about the agent's percentage, but in this case I was happy to pay it because she was truly worth every nickel!

We wouldn’t have gotten into our dream home without MELISSA!
Our mortgage loaner recommended Melissa, commenting that she is determined and strong negotiator, which was shown throughout our process of finding a home with Melissa. Melissa was quick with making apts to houses we were interested in seeing, would point out the good and the bad, and provided facts and thought-out recommendations when it came to submitting offer, etc. We have been looking for a home for over 3 years now, so we became more impatient and not as strict with our wants/needs, but Melissa helped us keep our heads up and patient until we found the house that was perfect fit for our family and within budget. I will be referring Melissa to anyone I know looking to move (that speaks volumes, given my mother is a realtor as well!). Melissa also made our 6-year-old daughter feel part of the process, and even gifted her a giftcard and wrote a sweet letter to her which we have hanging on our new homes’ fridge :)

She isnt your typical realtor, nope, she goes above and beyond and not just for the sake of extra money. She really cares about you as a person, treats you like family and not just another client. This amazing lady did things for me thst she sure as hell didnt have to as a realtor...but she did anyways because of how much she genuinely cares! She wants to see you in a better spot than when you first met her, which is truly amazing. She kept me in the loop constantly and sold my house quickly despite it being holiday season and a quite complicated situation. This gal for sure knows what she is doing, no doubt about it!!
