Melissa Potash

Melissa’s interest in real estate began at an early age, starting with her first job in high school at the front desk of Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel. As she grew up, that interest, coupled with a passion for architecture and interiors, led her to a promising career in the real estate industry. Melissa graduated with honors from the University of Michigan with a degree in International Relations and Entrepreneurship.

Prior to real estate, Melissa worked in the brokerage division of UPS, building partnerships with national brands, and negotiating complex projects, including the transportation of lifesaving N95 masks for FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) in early 2020. Her time at UPS helped define her exceptional attention to detail and innovative problem-solving skills attributes that have translated seamlessly to real estate.

In her free time, clients can find her walking downtown Birmingham with her small dog Gigi, or exploring neighborhood landscapes with her husband, who is also a residential builder. She is native to Michigan and has deep-rooted local expertise.
