Melissa has been great. Very responsive and always makes herself available for questions and random text messages. We purchased a house with Melissa when we moved here a couple years ago and have been looking to now sell/ buy something new. We've bought and sold many houses and have experience with multiple different realtors so we're very familiar with what's good and professional service. We're glad to have found Melissa and wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Melissa is a SME and is very pleasant to work with. The total package.

I am so glad that I had her in my corner while I was shopping for my first property and placing offers on a few of those properties. She is available when you need her, pays great attention to detail, is very strategic, and always has your best interest in mind.

Note: I also oversaw her represent my husband through the process of selling his property. I highly recommend taking her advice and keeping an open mind. It pays off. ;)

Melissa is by far the best Real Estate Agent we’ve ever worked with. She has a great understanding of the market and understands fully how to price for top dollar when selling and how to find the best deal when buying. She did both for us and saved us stacks of money. Her predictions were spot on and we received well over asking for our sale. She then worked wonders securing our bid on a property in a tough and competitive market. She is tenacious but very respectful. She also continued to save us more money as the deal progressed. I’d use Melissa in a heart beat and would definitely recommend her for your real estate needs.

You will not find another Realtor that will be as dedicated to you as Melissa. We moved from out of state and didn't know the area at all. She took the time to work with us to get to know the area and all our options in locations. I never felt pressured by her and I knew that she was not just searching for a house but that she was dedicated to finding my family a home. You will not regret working with her, every agent other agent in the area we met, when they asked who we were working with commented on how lucky we were to be her clients. She has the respect of fellow agents across the area and that shows in how she negotiates offers. We can't recommend her enough.

Melissa is an amazing agent and an amazing person. I was fortunate enough to have her contact me on a random Redfin house and I will not use any other agent moving forward. She is kind, patient, and she is extremely knowledgeable in her field. Compared to some of the other agents I have come across she was a miracle. We have even become friends since then! I highly recommend her as your choice for a real estate agent!

Melissa went above and beyond helping us find our new home. She is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with, and in general one of the nicest people I have met. She was in constant contact and always quickly responded to texts, calls, email. She was not only knowledgeable but also really fun to be with. She was great with our whole family including our kids and animals. She went out of her way to help us on many occasions and was always there for inspections,etc This was so comforting as we were not always able to be local. She did so much I can’t even list all of the help she offered (helping to coordinate inspections, getting us info, sending us pictures and measurements if we forgot something about a property, thinking of questions/details we hadn’t considered, helpful introductions etc). She did all of this and was funny and down to earth. She never made us feel bad, dumb or silly and made the whole process less stressful and often really fun!!! She really knows how to give information and referrals without bias, and I always felt her sincerity. Integrity and honesty are so rare nowadays, Melissa is truly a class act. I wish I had known Melissa earlier and had her help for other purchases.

She was very patient with taking us around us so many homes until we found one we really loved. Having Melissa Quade as our realtor is hands down the best decision we have ever made. When we decided it was time to sell our home and upgrade it was important to me that we had someone who could hold our hand through the entire process. We had no idea if we should make any changes to our home or what we should list it for and felt totally clueless. Melissa came to the house armed with a TON of data on our neighborhood and gave us an excellent presentation. At first I was worried that our tiny little house was well below her normal pay-grade but she assured us she works with buyers/sellers of all price ranges. Selling our home ended up being so easy, but when it was time to buy we knew it was going to be tough in this sellers market. We knew that we had to jump on any house we liked because it would be gone in days, and Melissa was always 100% ready and available. When I felt like we would never find the right place she never stopped reassuring us that the perfect one was out there. When things got hard and I lost faith she was our cheerleader. When we finally found our dream home but faced huge competition (10 other offers!) she gave us confidence that we would get it, and WE DID! With every setback we faced during escrow she rolled with the punches and kept us moving forward. Never in a million years did I think we could have such a perfect house and I know having Melissa on our team was a huge part of that. I know she is a very busy realtor but she always made us feel like we were her only clients. I feel so lucky and couldn't have asked for a better realtor/friend.

My wife and I were looking for a realtor that understood the real estate market in our area and happen to find Melissa and did we luck out. Melissa was with us step-by-step through the whole process. On both our sale of our old home and purchase of our new home six months later. We sold a bought during the height of COVID and Melissa made it seem easy. she arranged safe viewings and provided all the required PPE to meet local guidelines. Another thing I particularly enjoyed about Melissa was the detailed advice she provided on how to make the property we were selling look good at a budget price. She coordinated a very complicated and time sensitive contingent sale. She had the insight and experience to list our property at a price that enticed a bidding war of sorts. We were extremely happy with the final result. I’m an immigrant to this country and found Melissa to be very patient and able to explain the technicalities of our sale and purchase clearly, concisely and more importantly easily understandable to the layman. Melissa was beyond helpful during my first home purchase. She did a lot of research and helped protect us through the entire process and called out red flags as she saw them. I had no idea that there were SO MANY things to be cautious of when shopping for a home and it seemed like she had them memorized!
