Melissa helped me through the process of selling my Dad's home after his passing. I didn't quite know where to start, but after the house was emptied, she and her network of contractors, designers, painters, etc. brought the home out of the 1980s and into the 2020s - resulting in a quick sale at a great price. She's very dedicated and keeps the needs of her clients first.

I worked with Melissa for about 6 months before choosing to look in a different state. I am still SO SAD that I could not stick with Melissa the whole time. My MD realtor just did not compare. Melissa is the absolute best that you can find, there is no contest! Being a first time home buyer, I had tons of questions, and didn’t really know what I was doing, so to have her guiding me through at least the first parts of the process made everything so much easier. She answered any time I called or texted, and checked in with me constantly. Even since I have bought a home in Maryland, she still checks in, and has even sent me a congratulatory card. It is so obvious that with her it is not just about making a sale. I had so much fun working with her. I would never go to anyone else if I was looking for a home in DE.

My family and I cannot say enough good things about Melissa. She guided us through every step of the house buying process and it was very comforting for us to know that during such a stressful time, especially since we were out of state buyers, she was right there with us. She was thorough, really listening to us and then taking into account our family's needs and wants and showed us a variety of homes that would fit our criteria.
