My Mom stumbled upon Melissa Sterling’s FB realty page and messaged her about helping she and my dad look for a house to purchase. Since my folks were living in California, I did the in person open houses with Melissa for them. Melissa is kind hearted, extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and bends over backwards to find exactly what you’re looking for. Together, we found the perfect home for my parents. Since their move in November of 2020, Melissa has become a family friend and we love her dearly. She is the only realtor I refer friends and family to here in Middle Tennessee! The best of the best!!!

Melissa is the real deal!! My husband and I are looking to move to Tennessee and her knowledge of the area, along with finding us the perfect house has been more than impressive. She truly listens to what you like, want, etc. and goes out of her way to help. We live in California, so she has literally gone above and beyond for us by going to houses we are interested in to FaceTime us while going through the house. She looks at things in a house that we hadn't even thought to look at! We are so thankful to have found her as our real estate agent, but also now our friend!!
