A native to the Lake Country area, Melissa brings a ‘real estate and finance’ background to the business. In 2005 she obtained her real estate license, holds a BA in Finance and an MBA.
Melissa is the proud wife to a Milwaukee Police Officer and resides in the Lake Country area. Outside of the office, Melissa likes to get involved in the community and spending time with her family vacationing, or having fun on the water with their three children and two Yorkies.
Melissa’s love for real estate developed earlier in her life. Her grandfather was a small real estate developer and business owner, who inspired her to pursue a business of her own. Melissa began her career working for a financial institution that was a national purchaser of privately held mortgage notes for its own portfolio. There she learned how to structure finance programs, to buy mortgage notes for her client’s immediate and long term financial goals.
Shortly after obtaining her real estate license, Melissa began the new construction market gaining experience in real estate transactions in single family and condominium development sites. She also had the opportunity, to participate in several multi-family and commercial real estate transactions, including seller financing opportunities. Melissa’s business experience and negotiation skills help her truly understand her client’s needs. Melissa is able to assist on all aspects of real estate.
