Since 2001, Melissa Trout has been a top professional with expertise in investing, financing, positive cash-flow analysis and sales of real property. At Sacramento State University, Melissa majored in Business, Accounting, and Interior Design. A San Diegan since 1996, she likes spending time at our wonderful Zoo and Museums as well as enjoying hiking with her husband, Chris, and son Christopher. She holds a position as VP of Membership on the PTA at Fuerte Elementary and has chaired several fundraisers raising over $130,000 for her son's school. Her limited free time is spent gardening, staging, and re-decorating, utilizing her interior design talents.
