She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and provided fantastic insight on the pros and cons of all buildings in the neighborhood. Melissa expertly guided us through multiple showings and helped us find our perfect home. From home searches, through negotiations, and closing we knew we were dealing with a superb realtor. My partner and I have hired the services of several Philadelphia realtors in the past, but a strong referral from a friend and work colleague led us to hire the realtor services of Melissa Valenti. Let me emphatically state that without exception, Melissa has shown the highest caliper in both selling our property and finding us a new home. As such, she is the ONLY realtor we will ever use again, and let me add that we have the highest of expectations. Melissa continuously met each of these expectations, and as you all know in this world, that is difficult to find these days. There are a plethora of systemic reasons justifying this very positive review and viewpoint. First, the package that Melissa and her outstanding, quality team developed to sell our house awarded us a sale the first weekend it was on the market AND through Melissa’s keen, smart negotiating skills we received our asking price – this should tell you at this point all you need to know about Melissa and her superb capabilities! Second, we have never seen a realtor (or for that matter anyone in the service industry) respond to texts and emails with as much diligence as Melissa – quite remarkable. She would return our texts and emails literally within seconds or minutes – she does not stop working for you. She walked us through the arduous realtor process with ease and patience. Third, Melissa went out of her way in selling and purchasing our home. For example, of so many, she has a huge contact list of contractors (another hard to find) who helped us work on our new condo and these contractors are no slouches; they are the crème de la crème of their craft and you all know how difficult this is (these days) to find such RESPONSIBLE gems. Melissa made the initial calls to these contractors to introduce us and made sure they knew who we were to provide us their excellent work. Melissa is also highly connected among other realtors, which consequently led to an increased chance of selling our home and purchasing a dream home. She also has an astute knowledge about the history of the Philadelphia housing market and this facilitated knowing which geographic areas in the city as well as buildings brought value and were less than ideal investments to purchase. Finally, and just as crucial as all of the above, Melissa is extremely personable and not pretentious in any way. We were looking for a high-end condo purchase and it has been our experience that many realtors in this area of the market can come off conceited, arrogant, stand-offish – not Melissa. She is genuine, kind, has a great sense of humor, smart, etc. – all the while having a very strong work ethic. In conclusion – RUN, don’t walk, in seeking the realtor services of Melissa Valenti!

We really lucked out when a friend recommended Melissa Valenti as a top realtor in center city Philadelphia, where we were looking to buy a condo. Melissa is extremely professional, amazingly knowledgeable, reliable, and totally delightful. We faced two hurdles: Covid 19 and a very specific limited market. Through her personal contacts and relationships, as well as her in-depth knowledge of the market, Melissa found not only our dream abode in the sky at the perfect location for us, but also a condo that was still off market.
