She has had a passion for architecture, interior design since she was a young girl growing up in the family-owned interior decorating & upholstery business in New England.
Melissa landed in Florida after college, where she began a 13-year career in the hospitality industry working for Marriott International. This where she honed her customer service & sales skills, making that job the perfect preamble for entering the real estate industry. For Melissa, it was the perfect pairing of her fervor for architecture & design, combined with her sales & hospitality skills.
Her real estate career started New Home Sales with Builder/Developers in Central Florida, where she excelled immediately. Currently selling over a thousand single family homes, townhomes, condominiums as well as vacant land, and investment properties. Melissa has assisted clients with buying and selling single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, vacant land & investment properties ranging from under $200,000 on up to $5 million. Her keen eye for design, the flow & functionality of space, coupled with her wealth of construction knowledge have played an integral part of turning her clients’ vision into reality.

Melissa resides in Winter Park with her husband, children and two dogs. She loves God, spending time with her family & friends, participating in outdoor activities, yoga, paddle boarding, kayaking, snow skiing, hiking, the arts, being actively involved in the community, volunteering as an Active member of Council of 101, the nonprofit organization which fundraises for Orlando Museum of Art.
