Real Estate is her full-time profession and has been since 2004. Melissa Vandam's 18-year sales career with a Fortune 500 company prepared her well for the negotiating, communication, persistence, and creativity required to be successful in this business (and this economy!) In addition to being a long-time member of the Junior League, she has served on several condominium boards and is proud to be among Reinhart's top agents to have earned our annual President's Award. She holds a BA from Michigan State University in both Business and Interior Design. Many of our customers have been home owners needing staging services, new home buyers wanting assistance selecting finishes and builders who have retained us to select their standards package and furnish sales models. Today's real estate market is complicated by multiple offers, low inventory, lending changes and appraisal challenges so working with an experienced, knowledgeable agent is key!
