About Melissa

I am a Wayne County native, born in Goldsboro and have lived in the Pikeville area for most of my life. I am happily married with 3 sons. How does Real Estate enter the Picture? Put simply, I love houses. I worked with my father, a local building contractor, in plan design, styling and selling homes for many years. Now, as a realtor, I am still helping people with their housing needs but on a much broader scale! For me, there is a great satisfaction in helping an individual or family find the home that fits not only their needs, but their desires for day to day living! When my buyers find "that" home - the one that captures their heart, I do my very best to guide them all the way from negotiations and inspections through settlement and closing. My goal is to make their home purchase as fun as it should be and as smooth as it can be! I have been actively involved in the housing market for 21 years. For the last 13 of those years I have been a Realtor and have had the pleasure of helping many people with their housing needs, whether buying or selling!
