Melissa Whelan

Melissa Whelan lives and works in Southern York County, Pennsylvania. She is married to Michael and they have a son, Jonathan and a furry, four-legged child named Maisy. She worked in the real estate industry for 5 years prior to becoming a stay at home mom. January of 2010, after Jonathan was in school full-time she went back to work at REMAX Patriots and continues to help people achieve their dreams of home-ownership. Melissa works in all of York County but focuses on the Red Lion, Dallastown and Central School Districts. She helps buyers and sellers in the residential market place. She loves working with first-time home-buyers because it's such an important milestone in their lives. She loves their excitement and energy! She also really enjoys helping people "move up" from their starter homes to their dream homes. For her it's more than just selling a house. It's making lifelong relationships with her clients!

Melissa has earned an ePro designation in 2014. She has also earned an ABR and CRS designation in 2016. She earned a CNE designation in 2017. Additionally she has earned a SRS designation in 2019. She received the Executive Club award in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. Melissa stays active in the community by volunteering at her son's school and at church. In her free time she enjoys reading, painting, gardening and spending time with friends and family.
