Melissa Whelan lives in South Central Pennsylvania with her husband Mike and her son Jonathan. She has over twenty years experience in the real estate industry.
She started as a real estate assistant in 1998 where she worked for Coldwell Banker Bob Yost Homesale Services. She put her full focus on family when her son was born in 2003 and became a stay at home mom.
In 2010 she rejoined the real estate community as a Realtor for RE/MAX Patriots and served her clients there until 2025. She earned the Executive Award in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2021 and 2022.
Melissa holds the CRS, SRS, ABR, CNE and ePro designations.
She joined Iron Valley Real Estate of York County in September of 2025. She loves helping people to achieve their dream of homeownership whether it be first time homebuyers, upsizing or downsizing.
