Melissa is charming. captivating, but most importantly, capable. However, do not be misled by her pleasing appearance and demeanor. She is thoroughly committed to her clients and their best interest, but also possesses a keen sense for the greater good. Melissa is amazing and someone you want on your side! We listed our home and had tons of showings and was under contract in 12 hours!! I CANNOT say enough wonderful things about Melissa. When we met through Leadership Rowan 2 years ago, my husband and I had no intention of buying or selling anytime soon but Melissa, being the kind and caring person she is, kept up with our family by sending personalized notes and great homeownership advice through mail/social media. We had been planning an addition on our home but could not secure a reliable contractor to get things done so we jumped the gun and gave Melissa a call out of the blue. We had an appointment to view a home with her an hour and a half later... Flash forward, we had several offers the same day it went on the market and have been living happily in our new home for almost 9 months!

Overall, Melissa was so accommodating, communicative, charming, and just all around amazing throughout the whole process. I am beyond pleased with her market knowledge and professionalism. If you are thinking about doing this on your own, don’t, reach out to Melissa… especially with this crazy market! She genuinely cares and loves what she does.
