About Mell

I went through the downturn of the 2008. I suffered much in the realm of finance. I found myself without an exit strategy due to market conditions beyond anything I could control. My real estate dream turned quickly into my worst real estate nightmare. Working my way out of that, taught me lessons you can never learn anywhere else. I had to exit 5 properties that no longer promised wealth and security but rather a threatening weight to my family and myself. I WILL NEVER ALLOW MY CLIENTS TO GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH! I will always share my best council to those that trust me to help them build their real estate dreams; your well-being is my driving goal! I do everything out of service and integrity and always seeking to bring value to everything that I do. I am always available to share what I have learned with no obligation. I can't say enough about how we appriciate the way Mell Schaer handled the sale of my parents home. Mell went above and beyond In helping us get the house ready for sale. Even though we were doing an as - is sale, he helped us do things to make the house more presentable for sale. I think the biggest thing Mell did was have the right team in place, to make sure all of the details were seen to ahead of time. Mell got us above our asking price.
