Rob and Penny helped us both buy and sell a house. This was, without a doubt, the easiest process anyone could have expected. I can't put into words how much that helped us get through the stress involved with buying a house. We are very thankful for the stress we didn't have to deal with. Both of them are truly knowledgeable and work to our advantage when we sell our house. We listened to their advice and ran with it. Without that advice, it is very likely we would not have sold our house for what we did. The small things he advised us to do turned out to be really big. From the advice prior to listing the house and the work both of them did after it went on the market, we could not be happier. If we could give 6 stars, we would. I would highly recommend Rob and Penny Melloy as your realtors. Many thanks for making our experience a breeze, we truly appreciate it!
