Melodie Smith

A Cobb County native, and Paulding County resident for over 20 years, Melodie puts her insider knowledge to work for my clients every day. She strives to provide refreshing, friendly customer care as she guides buyers to the best value in finding their dream home and assist sellers through a smooth, stress-free sale of their home.

She has a passion for helping others, which is why she loves her job! Helping people buy and sell a home is really about helping people transition to a new phase of their life and she excels in being a strong advocate. Her background in marketing, non-profit and social work helped hone my skills as a communicator, negotiator and spokesperson. As a REALTOR®, Melodie is able to marry her love of serving people with my leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit.

When she is not helping her clients, she enjoys spending time with husband Danny, two children and two grandchildren, traveling, reading with my book club and a variety of outdoor activities. She is also a passionate supporter of the Georgia Court Appointed Special Advocates program and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
