This would be our 3rd time using Melody and will do so in the future as well. Melody is simply one of the greatest realtors I've worked with and that my family has worked with. Melody has sold our houses and got us in new ones whether it took a short time or a long time she was always right there for us. Couldn't ask for a better realtor in my opinion.

We met Melody about 1 1/2 years ago. She showed a house we were interested in seeing but we weren't ready at that time. She always kept in touch and we appreciated her willingness to communicate without any expectations. Melody makes you feel comfortable immediately and really cares about her clients. If we decide to ever sell again, Melody will be our agent.

If I could put more than 5 stars I would. My wife and I looked for a home for over a year and a half, we changed realtors and Melody had us in our first home in less than 2 months!! She really puts her clients first, and will bust her butt trying to make the home buying experience as stress free as possible. It was a pleasure to work with Melody and have her as our realtor. We felt comfortable with her immediately, and she has immense expertise in her field. She knows what to look for in a house and taught us a lot as first time home buyers. We also really appreciated her eagerness to answer all of our questions. When we first toured our home, we were still waiting to hear back from our lender about a product. Melody actually suggested a product that we were originally considering that was the best fit for us. Since it was a time sensitive situation, she reached out to a lender in her network and we were able to put in an offer within hours. She is very knowledgeable about what to look for in a home and has an excellent attention to detail. She was always eager to answer our many questions, and if she didnt know the answer she found it. My wife and I bought our first house through Melody and couldn’t have been happier. It was a fun process and we learned a lot along the way. 5 years later we had a one year old son and had outgrown our first house. We knew there was only one choice to buy a new house and sell our current house. For a second time Melody found us our dream home and sold our old home quickly and at a great price. She handled all the legal/administrative details for us and ushered us through the whole process, made it very smooth. When we were making the decision to sell our home, there is only one realtor we thought of and that was Melody! She was our realtor when we first bought our home, and there was no one else we would have wanted to work with to sell it. We cannot thank Melody enough for all of her help. She made the experience so easy for us. We thought it would be a much harder process but she handled everything from start to finish. And she sold our home within 72 hours.. maybe even less than that!? Plus we were able to do everything virtually, which was awesome and super convenient. melody is a entertain and enjoyable person to be around. she doesn't try to force the more expensive property onto you shes not there for the money. She looks to help you find a home you want , that makes you comfortable. She has some great connections for first time home buyers from Fulton bank( her friend Sarah). She is a devoted person who wants you to be happy with the house you choose . she has some other connections for home inspection and termite inspection so make sure to get that info from her. If your looking for an energetic caring hard working realtor this is who you would want to choose. excellent person helped us in buying our first home and getting to the right people for assistance.
