Melody and I went to visit multiple new development homes. I appreciated being driven to the various developments & the detailed walk-thru of each and every one. Melody was very knowledgeable & helped to explain what I could expect from each developer & location She was professional and extremely approachable which made me feel comfortable with my first home purchase. I had so many questions and she guided us through the entire home buying process effortlessly! After we visited & compared New developments in Temecula & Menifee & Winchester, I purchased a New build in Menifee and I LOVE my new home! I enjoyed spending time with Melody and made the home buying process a very enjoyable venture! We will absolutely be referring her to our family and friends!
