Melody Wheat

I am the Broker / Owner for Wheat Realty, Inc., specializing in Residential properties, both Rural and Urban, as well as Commercial properties. It is my desire, as I work within my community, to make a positive difference in the lives of those I do business with.
I am originally from Ohio but have lived in Sarasota County since elementary school. My husband Len and I are graduates of Riverview High School in Sarasota and have been married for over forty years. I worked in our residential building business helping with land acquisition and home design, then decided it would be prudent to have my real estate broker’s license. I know our tri-county area (Sarasota, Charlotte, and Desoto counties) very well. You can rely on my experience and expertise to guide you in all your real estate needs.
