Melvin grew up in Bronx, NY and moved to beautiful Croton on Hudson in Westchester County seventeen years ago where he has acquired extensive knowledge of Croton and neighboring quaint, beautiful towns such as Ossining, Peekskill, Cortlandt Manor and Yorktown Heights. After moving to Croton he decided to follow his passion for real estate investing, developing, renovating, buying and selling real estate in Westchester for several years. During that time he developed a passion for helping buyers get into the home of their dreams. Melvin has the natural and uncanny ability to situate buyers into the perfect fit home "by listening and hearing their needs".

Prior to working in real estate Melvin Ramos is an entrepreneur and co-founder and CEO of a retail tax business in NYC and the EVP and COO of another mid-sized retail tax business in NYC. Melvin has bought, developed and sold successful franchise tax businesses.

Melvin also brings 20 plus years of experience in the banking/financial services industry where he was the General Manager and Vice President of a small bank in NYC.
