Her professional path led her to Dallas, where she spent over 15 years serving as a leasing manager for a national firm. In this role, she honed her skills in team leadership, property evaluation, and strategic marketing, garnering multiple awards for her outstanding contributions. Furthermore, Melynn provided invaluable consultancy services to a Dallas-based developer, offering insights into floor plan design, office layout, and buyer-attracting amenities, utilizing her innate eye for design and detail.
Beyond her professional achievements, Melynn's true passion lies in forging meaningful connections with clients. Driven by a desire to assist others, she transitioned into full-time real estate sales, relocating to Fredericksburg in 2014. Since 2015, she has been actively involved in the local real estate market, playing a pivotal role with the local REALTOR® board, serving as the TREPAC chair, on the Public Involvement committee, MLS committee and she has just been elected as President Elect. Melynn also finds fulfillment in volunteering with various local organizations, embracing the opportunity to give back to her beloved community. She has been a volunteer for Hill Country Memorial Hospital, served as a mentor to kids at Hill Country Youth Ranch, and currently she is Presiding Judge for the Early Voting Ballot Board for city elections and is an active member of the Pedernales Collective Arts Alliance. Melynn holds an unwavering affection for her cherished hill country home of Fredericksburg, Texas!
