Originally from Ohio and Kentucky, Mendy spent 20 years in Atlanta before settling in Sugar Land in 2015. Specializing in the residential market in Sugar Land, Riverstone, and Sienna, Mendy leverages her 28 years of experience as an interior designer to help her clients envision the possibilities of properties and optimize spaces for functionality.
Mendy’s brand centers on her ability to assist clients in staging their homes and realizing the full potential of new properties. As a creative problem solver, she emphasizes the importance of listening to clients to fully understand their needs.
Family holds great importance to Mendy, with a husband of 28 years, a son in high school, and a daughter in college. Together, they share their home with a beloved miniature Australian Shepherd. Her decision to enter real estate stems from a desire for a new professional challenge as her children grew older.
Mendy is an active member of Sweetwater Country Club.Additionally, she contributes to the community through involvement in Family Promise, an organization aiding families experiencing homelessness.
In her spare time, Mendy enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling. She values her involvement in the neighborhood HOA and played a role in redesigning the Commonwealth Clubhouse.
