About Meredith

Meredith first came to Austin in 1996 to study at the University of Texas. After school she moved to Houston and worked at a large insurance brokerage firm as a producer for four long years.

While in Houston Meredith developed her love for houses, in particular older homes. Meredith lived in a 1930's bungalow close to downtown which was in need of some TLC. After bringing it back to life and seeing her return when it was sold, she realized that renovating older homes was something she not only loved to do but had a knack for.

After moving back to Austin, Meredith completed several other renovation projects which all were successful financially. She spent lots of time looking at houses just for fun. Meredith began to know the inventory in several areas of town just for her own interest. At that point she realized she needed to get her license and start helping other people find that perfect place.
