Buying a home is terrifying, never more so than in this current market. Merina made the entire process a dream. She understood that we were extremely picky: we'd refined exactly what we wanted and wouldn't settle for less.

We didn't go on many tours unless we felt it was the one, and when a listing showed up that we felt fit the bill, Merina was right there for us to tour ASAP. Knowing you have to move fast in this market, we never had to wait to get in to see a place. She clearly loves what she does and was a blast to look at houses with. It was also fun seeing her social media clips of houses!

When we found the dream house, it had to be on contingency, which meant cleaning up our current house and getting it on the market within a week. Merina was there for us through both the buying and selling process. She helped us get our home ready, including some painting and power washing and staging!!!

She had multiple days of open houses scheduled, but in the end we sold within 48 hours and didn't even need them. I've never had to wait more than a few hours on a call back, and that's if I don't reach her immediately. No question was too stupid, or at least she never made me feel that way.

Do not hesitate to choose Merina. I will be shouting her name from the rooftop of my new dream home for as long as I live. She's the greatest!

Merina is an amazing realtor. She helped my father purchase his first home in one of the craziest markets last year making it very difficult for him to think he could find the one. She went above and beyond for him with showing him multiple homes daily to making sure he did not feel rushed to purchase just any home but made sure he found the ONE.
