Merry Schwindt

I began working in real estate in 1983 and continued until 1991, when I became a mortgage loan closing officer at American National Bank, now known as Old National Bank. I continued preparing and closing both commercial and residential real estate mortgage loans until I resumed my career in real estate in 2006. I am a real estate broker, earned the GRI designation, and have served on the Mid-Eastern Association of Realtors as a director, through the chairs, and as president. I am involved in the Muncie -Yorktown community and serve on the board of directors of the Deerbrook Neighborhood Association. I have lived in Delaware County since 1965 when I moved here to attend Ball State University. Past awards that I have received include Realtor of the Year, President's award, and two Golden Eagles at American National Bank.
