Another of Meryle’s strengths is the evaluation of properties, highlighting the pros and cons, allowing clients to make better-informed decisions.
Meryle is highly active in the market and has a thorough understanding of both sides – benefitting buyers and sellers. Having grown up in the area, she attended local schools, lived in many of the neighborhoods, and children attended the area’s highly acclaimed public schools. Meryle also managed a local real estate office, and through experience has been exposed to a broad range of properties and circumstances.
