Miao moved from the icy chill of northeast China to sunny Sarasota in 1999, so she is fluent in
both Chinese and English. She studied at Riverview High School and graduated from The
University of South Florida with a BA in Management Information Systems. Miao has a broad
range of experience, and enjoys working with everyone from first-time homebuyers to retirees to
luxury buyers and sellers. Her clients benefit from her excellent communication and negotiating
skills, along with her technical and research capabilities. Miao understands that buying or selling
a home is one of the biggest decisions one makes in life, and takes special care to guide her
customers to the right decision. Miao has been able to help her customers close properties from
