Michael Ambrose

Ambrose Commercial was founded by Michael J. Ambrose. Michael represents investors and developers throughout Florida and select parts of the Southeastern United States. He provides sage advice, inspired vision, over the top service and determined execution to clients which are critical components for successful completion.

Michael’s asset class specializations include medical office, office, development land, and agricultural land. He has also advised on retail and multi-family transactions as well.

Earlier in his career, Michael was a CPA in tax practice and then in forensic practice, both areas which provided him with extensive skills and experience in financial analysis for deals which equipped him with the foundational tools to work through the complexities of deal and transactional structuring.
